Auto Customs will ship orders via FedEx, UPS or USPS (for APO and military addresses). All shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the order shipping address and the total weight of the items in your order. Auto Customs has an integrated shipping system with UPS so you can see the exact shipping cost for your order. We do not make money off shipping and believe in fair calculation of shipping rates and charges.

All orders placed on our site before 2pm EST will ship same day unless items are on back order. We will notify you via email if any items in your order or on back order or out of stock. Please allow 1-5 business days for shipping within the Continental US and additional time for Alaska and Hawaii.

Auto Customs provides free ground shipping to all 48 Continental United States on most orders! Handling fees, oversize shipping fees and truck freight items are excluded from Free Shipping. Free shipping is for ground shipping only. If you select a special or expedited shipping option, you will automatically be charged that shipping cost.
