
You don't need to have an account to shop with us, but having an account allows you to track your order status, view order history and submit questions on our Fast Facts page. You can create an account by selecting "New Customer" at checkout and create a user name (your email address) and password. You can also click the yellow "Register" link at the top of every page and complete the registration form to create an account.
To update your account, change your password or personal contact information, go to the Edit Account page by clicking the yellow "Login" link at the top of the page or the Edit Account link in the footer.
Low Price GuaranteeIf you find an exact product or part number for a lower price, let us know and we'll either adjust our price or send you a coupon code for the difference. Call us at 513-724-5400 or click the "Item Inquiry" link directly on the product page and email us a link to the competitor's page with the part number and price. We will respond within 1 business day and will beat our competitor's total price (product price plus shipping costs).
Changing or Canceling an OrderBefore you have received your order
If you decide to cancel your order before receiving the item, we can cancel the order but may still require an RA# to complete the cancellation process. Please call us at 1-513-724-5400 to cancel your order and we will be able to inform you if the product has shipped. If the product has not shipped we will refund 100% of your order total. If the order has shipped we will have to issue a RA number and you'll have to return the once it is received. When we receive the return with a valid RA number, we will issue a credit of your order minus shipping costs.
After you have received your order
International OrderingAuto Customs currently accepts online orders from the United States of America and Canada only, with no minimum order total. We will be implementing the ability to place orders from other countries shortly - we apologize for the inconvenience.
Canadian Orders
Canadian order are subject to tariffs, customs duties and additional shipping charges; these additional fees will be estimated and applied after the order has been placed. (Calculated shipping charges and shipping specials on AutoCustoms.com does not reflect the total shipping and customs fees for Canada orders.) If you would like to inquiry about additional charges before placing an order, feel free to call us at 1-513-724-5400 with your product list available. We will estimate all shipping and customs charges and have a sub-total for you within 1 business day.
-Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns to Auto Customs for any reason (unexpected tariff fees, order cancellation or return).
Custom Fees
All International orders are subject to tariffs, customs duties and other associated fees. These fees include: Import Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT) and Customs Clearance Fees. Customers are responsible for all fees related to International shipping. All additional charges will be estimated and approved by the customer before order is completed, and must be received in full before shipment.
-Customs Duties and International Fees are non-refundable.

Sales TaxOrders purchased and/or shipped to the state of Ohio are subject to 6.25% state sales tax according to state tax laws. All orders with a billing and shipping address outside the state of Ohio are sales tax free. Ohio sales tax will be automatically applied to all applicable orders and will be reflected in your order confirmation.
Shipping Costs and TimesAuto Customs will ship orders via FedEx, UPS or USPS (for APO and military addresses). All shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the order shipping address and the total weight of the items in your order. Auto Customs has an integrated shipping system with UPS so you can see the exact shipping cost for your order. We do not make money off shipping and believe in fair calculation of shipping rates and charges.
All orders placed on our site before 2pm EST will ship same day unless items are on backorder. We will notify you via email if any items in your order or on backorder or out of stock. Please allow 1-5 business days for shipping within the Continental US and additional time for Alaska and Hawaii.
Free ShippingAuto Customs provides free ground shipping to all 48 Continental United States on orders $100.00 and up! Handling fees and oversize shipping fees will be automatically calculated upon checkout. Free shipping is for ground shipping only. If you select a special or expedited shipping option, you will automatically be charged that shipping cost.
Return PolicyAll returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and must be returned within 30 days of the order date. Please contact us at 1-513-724-5400 to acquire a valid RA# before returning any items from an order. Auto Customs reserves the right to refuse returns past 30 days of the original order date, or if the item is received more than 30 days after the RA# has been issued. Any items returned to Auto Customs or the manufacturer without a valid RA# will be the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be returned back to the customer once received by Auto Customs or the manufacturer.
Some product we offer are custom-made to order or custom-painted to order. The list of product below are items that are unable to be returned:
All returns must be in as-new condition and unused with all original packaging, paperwork, hardware and instructions to be accepted for a refund. Any items not verified in such condition or displays characterists of being used upon return will not be issues a refund nor returned back to customer once received by Auto Customs.
No shipping costs will be refunded on any returns or exchanges.
Restocking Fees
Auto Customs does not charge restocking fees if the incorrect item was shipped to the customer, if the item is defective, or if the item was a gift and is being exchanged or returned. We will charge a 15% restocking fee to the following:
Restocking fees will not be applied to returns where our vehicle application information is incorrect and the item is being exchanged for a correctly fitting item.
Gift ReturnsYou can't help what people give to you. Auto Customs will accept gift returns and/or exchanges without assessing a restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be credited to returned gift orders.
Auto Customs accepts item exchanges for defective products or if the incorrect items are received. Items needing to be exchanged must first receive a RA# before shipping the item back to Auto Customs. Call 1-513-724-5400 to receive an RA# and we will ship the replacement item at no additional charge once we receive the original item.
All exchanged items must be received in new condition with all original paperwork, hardware and instructions.
