Carr

Carr truck accessories was founded in 1947 by a navy veteran and his son, Wendell. The business was originally name Carr & Son pattern Co. and was placed in an old metal shop behind their Los Angeles home. Twenty four years later, in 1962 they decided to shorten the name to Carr. After a few changes in the 1980's, Carr decided to take their company in a new direction; the automotive after market.

In 1983, investment money was gathered and Carr's first set of aluminum truck steps were introduced at SEMA and won second place, making a rift with the other competitors. Since then, Carr has been a force to be reckoned with!

Today, Carr can be seen across the nation on various trucks and SUV's. Their extreme durability and unique product innovation, Carr is here to stay. Carr strives to provide hassle free customer service and great products. Taking pride in manufacturing quality truck steps, light bars and other accessories, Carr has set the standard for over 60 years and keeps raising the bar.
