"I wanted a hard tri-fold cover that was easy on/off and required zero modification to the bed or factory rail system. I have a 2011 double cab, SR5 w/ long bed. The Hard Hat is the only thing I found that meets these requirements. A few bullets.... the cover arrived in adequate packaging in contrast to the Extang Solid Fold the instructions are very clear the size/fit and finish is absolutely perfect I was able to mount the cover in < 5 minutes with zero modification to the bed or railing system the cover mounts with 4 clamps that are genious With regard to looks and composition... the cover is gorgeous, it is very solid with a heavy vinyl covering and is 1/2 the thickness of the Solid Fold the vinyl cover protects the hinges (you cannot even see them) and hangs out over the edges of solid structure thus increasing water resistance. the cover is much lighter than the Solid Fold Review provided by tacomaworld

It leave it on during the winter since it rains so much here, but it comes off quickly if I want to hit the trails. I still have use of the rails for tie-downs. It has the look of a vinyl cover but is a hard tri-fold which is exactly what I was looking for. It doesn't leak but I don't take it through the high pressure car wash. Overall, this cover is EXACTLY what I needed. It has given me a really huge trunk in the bed of my truck. The fact that it is hard makes it SECURE. I see it as a strong theft deterrent. I love the fact that when the tailgate is locked, there is NO WAY to get the cover off or otherwise get into the bed. I am impressed with the workmanship and attention to detail. The design is ingenious. Your in-house customer service people were great. Your delivery was ahead of schedule, and your distributor was fantastic, as well. I would most certainly recommend your products to friends / family.
